Fernando R. Lopez Medina, a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico, embarked on a path of service and excellence early in life by enlisting in the Army at 17. His journey began as an infantryman in the renowned 82nd Airborne Division, where he quickly demonstrated his dedication and leadership abilities.

Transitioning to the elite 2nd Ranger Battalion, Fernando excelled as both a Fire Team Leader and Squad Leader, mastering the intricacies of leadership in challenging environments. Seeking further challenges, he pursued and completed the demanding Special Forces Selection, earning the prestigious Green Beret and joining the esteemed 7th Special Forces Group.

Throughout multiple deployments to regions including Afghanistan, Syria, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic, Fernando showcased his exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to mission success and the welfare of his fellow soldiers.

In addition to his military service, Fernando holds certifications as a marksmanship and scuba instructor. He leverages his expertise to ensure safety and proficiency in high-pressure situations. Currently serving as the security supervisor for a respected rescue company, he applies his skills to maintain security and safety protocols with utmost diligence.

Transitioning from the military, Fernando founded FLM Solutions in San Juan, focusing on leadership, fitness, and mindset development. His company's primary mission is to provide diving therapy for veterans grappling with PTSD, offering a unique and practical approach to healing and recovery.

Fernando's impressive accomplishments include earning the Ranger Tab, Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Infantry Badge, Jumpmaster Senior Wings, Special Forces Tab, and Combat Dive Badge, solidifying his reputation as a highly decorated and respected professional.
